Reservation Policy
Appointments may be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting Corinthia Wellness directly. A deposit may be required to secure certain services, programs, or packages.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
- Clients who miss an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be charged the full service amount.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is given.
We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate special circumstances when possible.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full appointment fee.
No-Show Policy
Appointments that are missed without notice are considered no-shows.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future scheduling privileges.
Refund Policy
All completed services, consultations, programs, memberships, and digital products are non-refundable.
Products may be exchanged or considered for store credit within 7 days if unopened and unused.
Program & Package Policy
Programs and packages are designed to support consistency and results.
- Sessions included in packages or programs are non-transferable.
- Expiration dates may apply to packages or memberships.
- Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Health & Medical Disclosure Policy
Clients are responsible for informing Corinthia Wellness of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other health concerns that may affect services or recommendations.
Certain treatments may not be appropriate for everyone. Corinthia Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify services for safety reasons.
Information provided during consultations is educational and wellness-focused and is not intended to replace emergency medical care or the advice of your primary healthcare provider.
Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older to book services independently.
Minors receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may require signed consent.
Child & Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and safe environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment areas unless otherwise approved.
Children should not be left unattended in the waiting area or facility.
Right to Refuse Service
Corinthia Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
Your privacy is important to us.
All personal and health-related information shared with Corinthia Wellness is handled with professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy standards
Photography & Recording Policy
Photography, video recording, or live streaming during appointments or treatments is prohibited unless authorized by Corinthia Wellness.
Clinic Guidelines
For the comfort and safety of all clients:
- No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
- Food and beverages are not permitted in treatment areas.
- Please silence mobile devices during services.
- Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client.
